The snag list is created during inspection after the major work has been completed but before the house is handed over to the client. Some common items lists include are:

Once a suitable date and time has been arranged, a surveyor will arrive and typically take 2 hours to complete the survey, depending on the size of the property. We encourage homeowners to present during the survey, but it is not mandatory.
Our report will be issued within 24 hours of the survey to the homeowner and builder for closeout.
We would urge that a second inspection be carried out to ensure close out all items. We also offer a return service if the client wishes.
